Balloon hovercraft lite (lightweight version)

Thank you Beertema for designing this awesome physics toy. The runtime on a single fully inflated balloon seemed too short for me though. So I designed a version that much lighter. It has a thinner base, a smaller cabin and a shorter stabilizer wing. The structure of the inner passages were not changed. It can be printed with 0% infill, so the inside of the cabin area will be empty. Now it lifts a lot easier and slides much further. It can do some nice big circles.
