50% infill 3 walls worked best for me.
print part first and interrupt the print at around 10-20mm high and test fit. scale accordingly. Mine worked best at 110% at X and Y axes. Z axe can not be scaled.
each 5% what gave more 1mm on diameter.
Polyurethane is a bit less sticky than regular rubber grip are made. Is good idea use fuzzy skin on outter diameter
End caps is in two parts:
End cap 1 to be printed in stronger filament you have. This end cap has a recessed part to not interfere with your hand.
End cap 2 is the expanding bushing to be printedin TPU
you will need an allen M6x25 countersink bolt with nut
There also two washers.
these washers are optional and can help with accelerator binding
The big washer is to be used between grip and trothle body
The small washer is to be used between right grip and end cap
LD is right side [trothle]
LE is left side [clutch] bike must use 2 of these
