Sunshade stabiliser for MX-5 / Miata Mk3 (NC)

Here is the MX-5 Mk3 mod you didn't know you needed until now!
Anyone above 5 foot tall knows how useless the MX-5 sunshades are, obscuring half the view ahead and way too low to block the sun so never used.
Now, do your sunshades droop slightly at the outside edges? Can you push them up by 10mm or so? If so, here is the solution!
A couple of tapered blocks to put near the outside edge, held to the mount and the sunshade with double-sided adhesive foam tape and your sunshades will never droop again. The blocks should be facing the front of the car as shown in the passenger side photo so they sit just behind the curved portion of the sunshade when it's raised. Press up hard so the tape sticks to the sunshade. OK you can't use the sunshades now, but no great loss.
C'mon, now you've seen your drooping sunshades you can't unsee them :¬)
