ACINFINITY AIRPLATE T9 Controller Mount, Mounting Template & Blanking Plate

Description:
I needed to re-mount my AC Infinity Airplate T9 but never kept the template that shipped with the unit.

Mounting Template:
Just print the part twice and align. The template will click together. I used a dab of glue to hold them firmly. Worked great for my install.

Blanking Plate:
I have included a blanking plate as there's a good chance that if you need to re-mount the cooler then you'll want to cover the enormous hole it has left behind.

(Blanking Plate v2 removes the pattern from the centre line to give a cleaner print on the edges.)

Controller Mount/Bracket:
Heat-Set Version -
I created a mounting bracket for the controller. You can use double sided tape or use screws on the top or the side. I successfully used this with tape for about a year until my little one started playing with it and eventually wrecked the tape, so I just screwed it in.

The controller mounting holes are 4mm in diameter to suit M3 heat-set inserts. I then used M3x4mm screws to mount the controller to the bracket.

Non-Heat-Set Version -
The non-heat-set version has hole diameter of 2.7mm to suit a longer M3 screw without using a heat-set insert. It should give good bite but is untested.

There is nothing special for printing any of these parts. I just went with Sunlu PLA+ in black and job done. I did 4 walls for the controller mount to help the heat set inserts.
