Hula Adapter zum Montieren an 20x20 Aluprofilen

Adapter für die genialen Hula Füße zum Montieren an 20x20 und 40x40 Aluprofilen.

Gedruckt in PETG mit einer Supportschicht PLA an den Stützen.

Zur Montage wird zu den originalen HULA Fuß Materialien nur noch eine Schraube M5x16 und eine Mutter M5 benötigt,
sowie zur Montage am Rahmen jeweils 4 Schrauben M4x12 und 4 Hammermuttern je Fuß.
Der Adapter ist zum einfacheren Drucken zweigeteilt und wird mit der M5 Schraube verbunden.

Eventuell kann man die beiden Teile noch mit Sekundenkleber fixieren.

Unter die Füße habe ich noch Moosgummi geklebt, damit nichts verrutscht.

Für die Montage und Justage empfiehlt sich so ein aufblasbares Hebekissen, das macht es erheblich einfacher bei schweren Druckern ;-)

Adapter for the ingenious Hula Feet for mounting on 20x20 aluminum profiles.

For assembly, all you need in addition to the original Hula Feet materials is an M5x16 screw and an M5 nut,
as well as 4 M4x12 screws and 4 hammer nuts for each foot for mounting on the frame.

The adapter is split into two parts for easier printing and is connected with the M5 screw.

You can also secure the two parts with superglue.

I also glued foam rubber under the feet to prevent slipping.

For assembly and adjustment, an inflatable lifting cushion is recommended; it makes things much easier with heavy printers ;-)
