Ultimate All 3 Axis K'nex Screamin Serpent Wheel Bogey Assemblies knex

Hello!
I've spent quite a bit of time creating these and can't wait to see what everyone can make with them. These are complete replacement bogies for the K'nex crosstie based coaster cars.

This does require modifying the actual injected molded cars, the back two posts on each car needs to be trimmed down 2mm. Please use flush cutters. Also the positioning nubs are cut down a little too. I have pictures of all required cuts.

There are lots of options included.

I have created single and double bearing up stop files, so you can use either. I have not personally tested the double upstop.

I have created base plates that include spots for magnets, and there are versions with no magnets.

There is a universal joint piece that mounts to a front car and another for the middle car, so either a front or middle car can be used as a middle or back car.

The front Yaw Bearing print needs to be trimmed after setting the heat insert. I know, this is janky, but its for the best. Essentially the half circle part that goes around the heat insert needs to be cut off to be flush with the rest of the top of the body.

the BOM includes:

4-40 x 5.7mm heat inserts
4-40 Hex Nuts
4-40 Nylock Nuts
4-40 x 1" Pan Head Machine Screw
4-40 x 1/2" Pan Head Machine Screw
4-40 x 3/8" Pan Head Machine Screw
SMR115 Bearings, Ceramic or Hybrid Ceramic (5x11x4mm)
M4 Washer or 4/40 washer, should fit around a 4/40 bolt, OD around 5-7mm and .5-.8mm thickness.

I might make a video showing the nuances of assembling these, we'll see.
