Reborn 2 Spool Roller

This spool holder is made to be fully printed. The bearing (remixed from Emmett's one) comes with two different tolerances, one with 0.2 mm and the other with 0.25 mm for convenience, just in case. All objects are optimized for a layer height of 0.25 mm and 3 standard perimeters. The bearing can be printed at 0.2 mm layer height though as it may improve friction.

Normal PLA will break. PETG or any high resistance material is mandatory at least for the base and the axis. Not to mention that your printer must be perfectly calibrated.

The base and the axis are angled for 2 main reasons :

To increase overall print resistance
To compensate the weight of filament spools

Ø 0.4 Nozzle :

• Layer height : 0.25 mm
• Top/Bottom : 4 (1 mm)
• Perimeters : 3 (1.2 mm)
• Infill : 100% (base only)
• Infill : 0% (all but base)
• Supports : NO
