atari like joystick d-pad replacement

Joystick replacement for ATARI with button solution. A long time ago I had an ATARI joystick made from five buttons taken from an old keyboard. I would like to return to that solution, because without precise control you cannot win in the game Internation Karate.

The cable is a regular internet TP twisted pair. It is necessary to find stranded wire / muti-stranded wire / flexible wire. Twisted pair solid core wire made of ordinary wire should be avoided.

Note on printing keys:
I printed Cherry MX keys with a 0.4mm nozzle, but I set the width to 0.3mm. It works fine.
