Customizable expandable cylindral cell holder neo

I've made some improvements to my previous design:

• Cell holders now have border half as thick as space between cell so it will be uniform when connecting multiple prints together.
  (In previous design, border was thicker to accommodate dove tails, so you need to have matching prints on both side of the battery for them to align)
• Reversed orientation and tweak holder to print without needing support
• Adding chamfer to install battery easier and combat against elephant foot with new orientation.

With this new improved design, you can use Customizer in MakerWorld and Thingiverse to make holder of any sizes, and combine multiple parts easier to create a gigantic battery bank if you want

I've only included 1x1 holder for fit test. You can print multiple copies out and connect them but using Customizer should be much easier and stronger.
