Updated Lion Lock With Key and Sabotaged Keys

Design improvements

Gigi1970's Lion Lock has very forgiving tolerances, causing it to pop loose sometimes, so I changed 2 components to improve the lock itself:

• The "Tongue" I elongated slightly and gave a "backstop" to prevent it from popping loose.
• The "Spring" I gave a little diagonal "rebound bar" to encourage it to return to its original position.

Follow Gigi1970's excellent instructions to put it together, but use my "tongue" and "spring".

(Optional) sabotaged keys for party games

I locked a treasure chest and gave out keys as a party favor. Only one key was the real key.

To make that work, I created several bad/sabotaged keys and I changed 1 component:

• The "Spring Lever" I made its tolerance tighter and made it lower-profile

With the lever, I could make some bad keys that were able to rotate inside the lock without successfully unlocking it.
