Hi all,

This case was designed for the LilyGo t-deck (t-keyboard), with ease of assembly and Game Boy style aesthetics in mind. Every part is printable with no support material needed (correct part orientation required), and the case requires no additional hardware for assembly. Just print and snap together (0.2mm snap tolerance, f3d file included if you want to mess with the settings).

This design has been printed with PLA and works well, it will probably print fine with PETG or ASA if your machine is tuned well.

Printed on Bambu X1C
0.08mm layer height (printed at 0.16mm and it works, but the front plate is a slightly loose snap)

Any battery less than 14.5 mm x 56.5 mm x 67.5 mm will fit in the case.
