Inland Spooless Spin-on Filament Holder 2025 Revisions

A very rough and ready revision to davemeeks' filament spool holder for Inland filaments after MicroCenter went and re-sized the cardboard tube on their PLA+ with no warning! It doesn't even fit their branded spools anymore. I scaled down the spool 91% to match the new tube's inner diameter of 82mm. Then I cut out the original outer wheels and reattached it all in Windows 3D Builder (otherwise the spool is a little too close to the edge to start with). Bonus is that you have the little holes for locking the loose filament for storage on both sides now.
