City House - Stadthaus (Dreifensterhaus) von 1893/1903

The three-window house on Kasinostrasse in Aachen was built in 1893 and the ground floor was converted into a shop as early as 1903. The façade is still largely preserved in its original state, while the rear building, known as the garden house, was hit by heavy bombs during the Second World War and was only rebuilt almost in its original state. The model shows the reconstructed state of the rear or garden house.
Both temporal variants for the street side are included in the zip file.
The model was designed for a scale of 1:87 (H0).

Das Dreifensterhaus aus der Kasinostraße in Aachen wurde 1893 erbaut und bereits 1903 im Erdgeschoss zu einem Ladenlokal umgebaut. Die Fassade ist heute noch weitgehend im Original erhalten, während das Hinterhaus, das sogenannte Gartenhaus, im zweiten Weltkrieg schwere Bombentreffer erhielt und nur annähernd im Original wieder aufgebaut wurde. Das Modell zeigt den rekonstruierten Zustand des Hinter- bzw. Gartenhauses.
Es sind beide zeitlichen Varianten für die Straßenseite im Zip-File enthalten.
Das Modell wurde für den Maßstab 1:87 (H0) konzipiert.
