Description
This is the filament sensor flap which I stupidly damaged while trying to unclog some stuck filament inside the extruder. NEVER DO THAT.
I accidentally damaged this flap and since it got shorter, the filament couldn't push it in so that the optic sensor would detect the filament. The Printer was always showing the error message saying "Filament Broken" or "Replace Filament".
Better follow this video to disassemble the extruder and clean it instead of damaging it like I did. Yes I'm this dumb.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You may need to use a needle to make the smaller (very tiny) hole where the spring goes in.
Print at low speeds
Use a strong material like ABS , PETG or ASA because if you use PLA and keep printing with PLA, the flap will probably consume over time.
Keep the printing layer height as lowest as you can. I did mine with the K1 MAX at 0.08mm.
