Description
Heltec T114 watch node case. The case is printed in 2 parts, the body and the back plate. I use 4 - 3mm M2 screws with M2 screw heat-sets.
The node utilizes the LoRa antenna provided with the T114 and the specific 500 mAh battery listed in the bill of materials section. With this battery the T114 operates for > 1 day. The watch node is designed for one-piece watch strap 22mm width. See bill of materials. When printing the body, suggest a vertical print with tree supports and placing the usb port end on top. Look forward to seeing what you think of this. It has been working nicely for me. When building the watch note that this battery will need to be rewired with the battery wire provided with the T114. The case has a notch for the antenna, place the antenna in the notach and then insert the T114 in case followed by the battery and then attached the back plate to hold all in place. Very simple design and assembly. A nice addition might also be a small vibro motor for message notifications. I like to attach the strap such that when I raise my arm up the antenna is in an upright position. You can flip the screen if needed in the app, as such the unit can be worn both left and right arms.
