anime cat doll

anime inspired doll
has a cat variant and a human variant. the only different parts are the head and hips, plus the cat needs the tail elements.
there are 2 versions of the arms and legs, one whole and one articulated. you only need to print one version.
limbs come in only the right side, duplicate and mirror for left side.

you are free to sell prints of this doll as long as you credit me. it is enough to just link my thingiverse profile.
you are allowed to remix and modify these files as you please as long as you give credit to the original model.
you are not allowed to resell the files for this doll.

printing :
at 20% size is 17 cm tall
around .2 mm layer height
15 - 20 % infill
at least 3 walls
most parts don't need brim but i recommend it at least on the hands and lower arms
minimal supports needed

stringing :
use a thin elastic cord
optional : foam and wire

for non articulated limbs :
go from the bar in the head thru the body elements then thru the bar in the leg and tie the cord, do the same for the other leg.
for the arms go thru the arm bar, across the chest and thru the other arm bar and back the tie the cord.
it is recommended to stuff the body with foam for more stability.

for the articulated limbs :
legs and tail cords all start in the head, you go from there all the way down to the foot/tail tip and back then tie the cord. do not use the same cord for all three, in case one of them breaks it is easier to replace.
for the arms go from the chest all the way down to the hand then back into the chest, then do the same for the other side and tie the cord.
stuff the body with foam for more stability and add thin wire to the limbs so they are easier to pose.

  added doll 2.0 zip file containing a slightly modified version of the human doll, will update the cat parts once i am pleased with how this version looks. the original doll files are in the doll 1.0 zip
  modified body proportions : slightly larger hips to match the upper legs, longer legs and arms
  modified knees to stop them from rotating so much
  made elbows smaller
  modified shoulder joints to fit better
  modified belly to fit better, still needs some adjusting tho
