Adjustable Scalarworks Style BUIS PEAK/01

Not an exact 1/1 replica, just making something for my stuff. might need to adjust the tolerance a bit.

You'll need:
1x M3x30 Screw (Can be any type with the flat base)
1x M3 Nut
1x M2x10 Screw (Preferably Flat Top/Hex)
1x M2x6 Screw (Preferably Flat Top/Hex)
1x M2 Nut
1x M2 Roll Pin
Glue/Epoxy
Drill/Thread Maker (Optional)

Instruction:

1. Thread Prep
   Check the last picture. The marked area needs threading. Use a drill/tap or force-thread with the screw.

2. Insert M2 Nut
   Drop the M2 nut into the adjustment wheel.

3. Install the Wheel
   Place the wheel (with nut) into the matching slot on the sight.

4. Add Screws
   Glue the heads of both M2 screws (see pic 4).
   Insert from the top; shorter screw goes on the bottom (or use 2x M2x10).
   Screws should thread into the wheel and allow elevation adjustment.
   (If the front post screw spins freely and doesn't move up or down, the hole may be too large or unthreaded.)

5. Insert Roll Pin
   Press the roll pin into its hole to keep the elevation screw in place.

6. Mount the Sight
   Insert the M3 nut into the bottom slot.
   Align with a Picatinny slot, insert the M3 screw, and tighten.
