Description
Protective sleeve for a single, standard (ISO 7810 = 85.6 x 54 mm) credit or ID card.
The card is held in place by two lateral clips.
You will have to print two half-sleeves and then glue them together along the rim. I used used Revell Contacta PROFESSIONAL for glueing.
I printed it in PLA with a layer height of 0.3 mm. Make sure your slicer will produce three rim layers of 0.3 mm each (i.e. 0.9 mm total) per half-sleeve, see picture. Two 0.3 mm rim layers per half-sleeve may turn out to be too narrow, in particular with embossed credit cards, impeding insertion.

Update 29 May 2025:
I revised the design and added an option with the handhole at the end instead of in the middle. The end-handhole is asymmetric to the centerline in order to allow you to cover the chip (if you insert the card accordingly).
