Xiegu G90 remote head stand

This is my version of a remote head stand for the G90. I use it on my desk and have been pretty happy with it.

The idea behind the channels was do have a place to strap it down. I was thinking of using small clamps but ended up just slapping one of those car dashboard no-slip mats for phones underneath it which works great.
Another OM uses straps instead to fix it in his car or unto his backpack. The channels also work great for cable management on the desk.

You do need supports but only for the cross-sections and a little bit of the large opening in the back. Disable them for bridges to make your life a whole lot easier.

There are screw holes to fix the head in there but I've never used them.
