EXERCISE DESCRIPTION:
Jumping Jacks Lunge Squat - From a standing position with a slight stance, extend one leg forward and perform a squat. Return to a standing position by bringing the back leg forward. Perform the exercise by initiating each repetition with the opposite leg.
Side Torso Stretch - From a standing position with a slight stance, extend the right arm upward while placing the left hand on the hip. Lean towards the left side. Repeat on the other side, switching arms—left arm up, right hand on the hip—then lean towards the right side.
Knee-to-Elbow Standing Crunch - From a standing position with a slight stance, bring the left knee towards the right elbow. Return to the initial stance, then bring the right knee towards the left elbow and return to standing.
Alternating Arm and Leg Raise in Quadruped Position - From a hands-and-knees position, lift the left arm and right leg. Return to the quadruped stance. Then, lift the right arm and left leg and return to the starting position.
Squat with Arms Forward - From a standing position with a wide stance, perform a squat while simultaneously raising the arms forward. Return to a standing position with a wide stance.
GAME RULES Each player selects their set—a deck of 6 cards and a dice of the same color. From their deck, players choose an exercise for their opponent. Both players roll the dice. The player who rolls the higher number performs the exercise chosen by their partner, with the number of repetitions corresponding to the rolled number. If both players roll the same number, both perform the exercise with the indicated repetitions. After completing the exercise, players select new cards and roll again to determine the exerciser until they decide to end the game (suggested duration: 45 minutes).
NOTES The same card cannot be assigned to an opponent in two consecutive rounds. If Player A selects the Squat for Player B in one round, Player A cannot select the Squat again for Player B in the next round. A different card must be chosen from the deck.
