It is a miniature of a wheelchair.
If you print at 100%, it will fit 1/12 to 1/10 scale figures.
Regular size is for small 1/12 scale figures (e.g. Megami Devices).
Large size is for larger 1/10 scale figures (e.g. Frame Arms Girl or Sosai Shoujo Teien)

Assembly requires gluing.
