Simple G Clamp. The body is really strong. The screw would most likely break under pressure before the main body.
Clamps up to 75mm
Would recommend 100% infill for the screw for maximum strength
Prints without supports, Foot for screw pops on easily if you thread the screw in and close it on the foot
