Nozzle sheath / airtight needle plug

This design is a sheath to provide an airtight plug on syringe needles. I use it to keep oil and solder paste from drying/leaking.

It should be printed in TPU (95A recommended).

I provide various versions for different needles, the first number on the STL file name is the needle length and the second number is the diameter. The diameter indicated is the exact 3D model opening diameter without tolerance. You will need to use 0.2 or 0.3mm bigger than your actual needle size to get a good (airtight) fit.

I strongly advise to only use it with blunt needles as you will inevitably poke yourself at one point or another if you use it long enough…
