Second Car Battery Enclosure for Mercedes Sprinter W906, Campervan etc.

This enclosure can house maximum 353mm long car battery which translates to around 100Ah. The enclosure is being damped hence standing on rubber feet and the battery is strapped on by a ratchet belt.

There are files to build a safe battery enclosure for a Sprinter W906 to prevent acid leaks to the car interior. It is suitable for the standard seat case. The case parts were laser cut, bent and welded from INOX sheets to prevent rust from acid leaks. Once already this enclosure has rescued my car because of acid leakage that's why stains on the surface can bee seen.

The holder directly connects to the car body struts in the car seat case.

The rubber legs can be bought or printed out of TPU and are secured via M4 screws and washers. I personally have bought them.
