Edited 4/30/2026 to add Schematic.png and Dalek_EDA_Picaxe.zip which contains the EasyEdaPro schematic and board files and the Picaxe program file.

This is my 1/10 scale Dalek model that plays sound clips and has the arm, gun, and head animated. When the button on the front of the model is pressed it plays a sound clip and does the movement. The Dalek is controlled by a Picaxe 14M2 micro-controller. The Picaxe sends commands to a DV-SV17F sound module to play the sound files. It also turns the motor that does the animation on and off through a mosfet. It is powered by 3 AA batteries. The model could be built as a static model if you don't want to build the electronics.

I have included a zip file with the files for making the PCB and the program for the Picaxe 14M2.
The schematic and circuit board were created with EasyEDA Pro which is free. The design file is included if you want to change it. The Gerber and drill files to make the PCB are in the zip file. I made my board using isolation routing on a 3018 CNC. You could use the Gerbers to order boards from PCBWAY or some other board manufacturer but I haven't tried that so I can't guarantee they will work.

The model was designed in Fusion 360. The dimensions are for the Shawcraft movie Daleks and came from the ProjectDalek group. You have to join the group to get access to the files.

The 3mf file is a Bambu Studio file.
