Garden Tag With Wooden Post

Using standard 3mm skewers sold in most hardware or dollar stores as tag post. Has tapered socket for friction fit, under various angles.

In one of pictures is also commercial tag for comparison.

Batch of 10 2.7x1.1in 30 degree tags take 1h15min on A1 Mini with Generic PLA filament profile.

Use the printed labels or just write on it - Sharpie on PLA is so permanent, it cannot be cleaned even with Isopropyl alcohol.

For perpendicular mount on stake like shown in pictures, use 3mm or 1/8 drillbit and bit of glue. Tapered tag socket does not need glue, it holds well but can be removed.

There are several tags with different post angles. For installing on the ground, pick the wide angle (60 degree) so you don't have to bend to read it, for installing at the eye level onto stake also 60 degree works best, for installing under waist level (e.g. small plants in pots with 2-3ft stakes) use 45 degree tag.
