A replacement for the Insta360 GO2 Magnetic Pendant for those who have lost theirs, like me. I have modelled two versions: one is easier for those new to 3D printing and doesn't require pauses, while the other requires a pause to insert magnets during the print.
The simpler model is easy to print and assemble. Just follow the print settings below and insert magnets when printing is completed. This allows for maximum magnetic potential, but it can also be easy to lose magnets, so glue is recommended.
The complex model prevents the magnets from falling out, but it may be harder to print for beginners.
Both models are made to accommodate any string, rope, or strap up to 4mm in diameter and have a 10.2mm hole for magnets of around 9mm in diameter (because of the inaccuracy of my printer). To account for this, I have attached step files for both versions for whoever wants to use a different magnet. MAKE SURE to use the strongest magnets possible, even if it means paying a premium or having to adjust the STEP file; it's worth not losing the camera!
