Rugged Broadhead Box (3 or 6 Broadheads) (Now with fieldtips too)

Broadhead Box – Secure Storage for 3 or 6 Archery Broadheads (Fixed or Mechanical)
Safely store and transport up to three or six fixed and/or mechanical archery broadheads with this compact, 3D-printed case. Enabled by @Whity’s Rugged Box (Parametric), I designed a custom insert with slots to securely hold broadheads. Tested with various broadheads and the ones I have available fit. If your broadheads don’t fit, comment with their measurements, and I’ll work on an updated version!

Details: Materials & Tools
• Filament: PETG recommended for durability, but PLA or ABS may also work.
• Print Settings: No supports needed. Use 0.2mm layer height, 3 walls, 15% infill for a sturdy print. Ensure good bed adhesion to avoid warping or elephant’s foot (e.g., glue stick on textured beds like Creality K1 Max).
• Hardware: 6x M3 x 20mm bolts.
• Tools: Screwdriver for assembly; optional sandpaper for smoothing.
• Build plate dimensions needed: 70mm x 100mm x 80mm
Printing Tips
• Orient the box and insert flat on the build plate for best results.
• Check for elephant’s foot on the first layer; adjust bed leveling or use a brim if needed.
• For Creality K1 Max users, a fresh glue stick layer ensures adhesion. Adjust for your printer’s bed type.
Assembly Instructions
• Print the box bottom, lid, broadhead insert (2 inserts for the 6 pack box), and 2 latches. Optionally you can print the Seal as well in a TPU or other flexible material.
• Secure the insert(s) into the box base (friction fit).
• Attach the lid using 6x M3 x 20mm bolts, with bolt heads facing the outer edge (see images for placement).
• Optional: Use your slicer to emboss a custom label on the lid (e.g., “100-grain Broadheads”).
Files Included
• STL files for box bottom, lid, 3 broadhead insert, latches, and optional seal. There are a choice of 3 or 6 pack versions for the bottom and lid.

Safety Note
Broadheads are extremely sharp. Handle with care during insertion/removal to avoid injury. Store the case out of reach of children.
Future Plans
• Inserts for field tips and judo or blunt arrowheads.
• Potential slimmed-down design for portability.
• Customizable inserts for specific broadhead models (let me know your needs!).

Update 09/12/25: Added an insert for field tips as well. Print the top and bottom and stack them in the box to hold 32 standard field tips. In the photos I have a variety of sizes in 85, 100, and 125gr field tips.
