Description
Ryobi single tool mount for the USB Lithium/Tek4.
Work In Progress currently can only be used in 3 positions, tried a print in place (hope I up'd the right one) the PIP didnt work. Would have been breakaway rotate.
As it still WIP I will upload the MM version when I fine tune it.
I'm Downing the infill to 80% Still seems like overkill for light tools. Will be trying lower infills over time. Arizona heat is a factor (Thats why PETG).
Update 8/21/2025 1700 Printing base now leftover PLA 60% will update if it's good (these are mounted high on a wall next to a 1968 Camaro, not mine).
Update 8/21/2025 1730 60% Base finished feels as tough. 100% PETG Lime Green 172g , 60% Mixed PLA/PLA+ 109g (getting rid of old spools).
18v Version https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7111521 (Same Base).
Base Timeplase https://youtu.be/oeTsjQmSYRo
Flashforge-Orca allows global and object based. I will up a both timelapase. I do upside down on the mount (ref 18volt vids) with organic tree supports (25% infill), I did the same here. Base needs not supports but 100% infill (latest trying 80 and will lower till failure).
I put a slot in the front to hold the battery cover.
Update 8/21/2025 1700 PLA not recommended for warm environment, I have mine in the garage (Arizona) and putting the battery cap in the slot is tight.
