Wheels with spikes for Husqvarna V2: 310E NERA, 410XE NERA, 320 NERA, 430X NERA, 430X NERA, 450X NERA and possibly others

Ich habe die Räder mit Spikes so entworfen, damit genug Halt für Hanglagen vorhanden ist. Ich verwende sie für meinen Husqvarna 320 Nera, sie sollten für diese Modelle passen: 310E NERA, 410XE NERA, 320 NERA, 430X NERA, 450X NERA und evtl weitere.
Das wheel.stl wird mit PETG gedruckt und benötigt in der Mitte Stützstruktur. Die Teile cap.stl und Profil.stl werden mit TPU gedruckt. Bei manchen Druckern ist evtl. eine Stützstruktur oder eine reduzierte Druckgeschwindigkeit bei profile.stl nötig. Außerdem sollte die Z-Naht justiert werden, damit sie nicht über einen Spike führt, ansonsten würde dieser Spike fehlerhaft gedruckt. Die Teile wheel.stl und profile.stl sollten gut zusammenhalten. Ansonsten kann man mit Spax Schrauben an den vorgesehenen Löchern für zusätzlichen Halt sorgen.
Falls sie keinen Drucker mit 300mm Druckbett haben, habe ich three-part profile.stl hinzugefügt. Somit können alle Teile mit einem Druckbett von 230mm gedruckt werden.

I have designed the wheels with spikes so that there is enough grip for slopes. I use them for my Husqvarna 320 Nera, they should fit these models: 310E NERA, 410XE NERA, 320 NERA, 430X NERA, 450X NERA and possibly others.
The wheel.stl is printed with PETG and requires support structure in the center. The parts cap.stl and profile.stl are printed with TPU. Some printers may require a support structure or a reduced printing speed for profile.stl. In addition, the Z-seam should be adjusted so that it does not run over a spike, otherwise this spike would be printed incorrectly. The parts wheel.stl and profile.stl should hold together well. If not, you can use Spax screws in the holes provided for additional support.
If you do not have a printer with a 300mm print bed, I have added three-part profile.stl. This means that all parts can be printed with a print bed of 230mm.
