Ketchup Bottle to Bottle Joining Device (Drainer / Decanter)

A device for joining two ketchup bottles together to drain the remains of one bottle into another.

Designed specifically for 1L ketchup bottles of the Heinz variety with ~33 mm inner diameter and a 4mm pitch thread. May work on bottles with similar diameter and thread pitch.

Includes original Solidworks files, STEP, Parasolid and STL file suitable for 3D printing.

Recommendations for 3D Printing

• print end up or down
• minimum 0.4mm nozzle with fine layering (I used 0.12mm)
• supports recommended (tree supports work well)
• 100% infill
• recommend printing with food safe material e.g. eSun PLA+
• hand washing recommended but should be ok in the dishwasher
• slightly oversized design to accommodate ~3% XY shrinkage due to annealing effect
