Description
Multifunctional Case for Raspberry Pi5 with HDMI and Ethernet boards
The case has been designed to house the following three boards.
The back case side has a relieving slot to allow the power connector to pass when inserting the HDMI adapter fitted to the Pi, as an assembly, into the case.
The case is close tolerance giving 1mm clearance to the board edges which results in a smaller more compact case.
The cover clips in place but you may need a spudger to remove it as its a close fit.
Remember to place some tape over the button on the outside of the case to hold it in position temporarily whilst assembling.
Before tightening the Pi fixing screws keep testing the button operation taking care not to allow it to bind up.
Fixings used are 12x M2.5 x 12mm socket head screws with either M2.5 nuts or hex spacers.
Printed on 0.2mm PLA. I did use supports for the case side holes but this may not be necessary on your printer.
I've included Step files as well as stl's as this will make it easier to make any adaptions you may need.
Hope this helps someone.
