This is a Creality Sermoon S1 scan of an Egyptian souvenir of the falcon god Horus. The scan was created with 0.1 mm resolution and blue cross, parallel and single lasers. Unfortunately, even the original has poor resolution, as is typical for inexpensive souvenirs.
