Description
You will need to drill holes in your board to mount this correctly, see below for details.
Note that I designed this with the hardware I had available, so if you plan to use this, I listed the hardware I used below. Alternatively, I have included the step file of the whole assembly, so it is easier to edit the bolt holes to whatever fasteners you may have.
Hardware I used:
Designed to hold a standard T-shaped skateboard tool, as well as a spare belt (15mm 5M belts only). The nuts holding the cover on are designed to use standard square 5mm nuts that sit into 3D printed grips, so that it's much easier to unscrew with your hands. I also found that the T-tool rattled while riding, so I made fit tighter and put an adhesive foam strip where the handle sits, now it doesn't move at all or make any noise while riding.
Also note that I designed this around pre-existing holes that were originally for LED lights on my board, that I drilled the holes for a while ago. Because of this, you would have to drill 2 6mm holes into your board in an optimal location (be careful you don't drill through the connection between the ESC and the battery). My board is an Exway Flex OG, so the wire under the deck goes pretty much in the middle of the board from the battery to the ESC.
