Settings and Manufacturing Instructions

Printer type: FDM / Resin
Filament: PLA, PETG, or ABS (PETG recommended for stronger, long-lasting protection)
Layer height: 0.2 mm standard (0.16 mm for smoother surfaces)
Infill: 20–30%
Supports: Minimal (depending on hinge or latch orientation)

Assembly:
Print top and bottom parts.
Align hinges and snap/insert pins.

⚠️ Notes:

Design fits most 150 mm (6 inch) calipers (check dimensions before printing).
