Settings and Manufacturing Instructions

This model is optimized for FDM 3D printing and is designed to be easy to manufacture.

Machine Type: FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling)

Material: PLA, ABS, or PETG are all suitable. PLA is recommended for its rigidity and ease of use. ABS or PETG can be used for increased durability.

Resolution/Layer Height: 0.2mm is a good balance of speed and detail for both the drawer and the mounting bracket.
Infill: 15-20% is sufficient for a strong and stable print.
Supports: yes on inner drawer.
Manufacturing Time: Varies depending on your printer's speed and the size of the drawer.

Assembly Instructions: The two parts (the drawer box and the mounting bracket) are printed separately. To assemble, simply slide the drawer box into the bracket from the back. The integrated slide stop will catch to prevent the drawer from coming all the way out. Secure the bracket to the underside of your desk using appropriate screws.
