Keke KMQ Flash Shoe Mount for Leica M4/M6

This 3D-printed mount is designed to fit the KEKE KMQ light meter on a Leica M4.
With the original shoe mount, the film advance lever tip sits flush against the meter, making it awkward to grip. This adapter shifts the light meter slightly, giving the lever tip just enough clearance to be comfortably operated.

A simple but practical fix that improves handling without altering the camera.
