Description
From time to time I need new glasses and I always wanted to make them myself. Of course printing the lenses won't give a useful quality, but there are cheap trial lens sets (in online shops) containing many lenses which gives you the flexibility to switch lenses when necessary.
This frame allows to insert lenses from such a set.
Of course it looks ridiculous, isn't comfortable, the optics will barely work, but hey - it's fun!
And maybe it's a starting point for better designers than myself.
To get working glasses you need the lenses, and two screws (3mm x 20mm or similar) and nuts.
The OpenScad-file is provided, if you want to tweak the sizes.
This is more a proof of concept, and please don't expect upgrades from my side but you are welcome to derive from this thing and improve on it.
