Nozzle for Freewing 70mm F-16

This is a cosmetic replacement for the vacuum formed nozzle skin on the Freewing 70mm F-16. The existing skin can be fairly easily peeled off, leaving a foam stub. The stub will need a little trimming since the replacement skin is thicker than the vac formed plastic.

Be aware that one skin is very thin and may not print well on some printers, especially older ones. A second file is attached which is thicker and more robust but will require more foam trimming.

A third one has a 60mm exit diameter, instead of the stock 62mm. Some claim that this increases thrust.

Also be aware that the hole for the exhaust duct is offset at the front by 0.5mm from the center to accommodate the location of the hole in the foam (at least the hole on my F-16 is). So be sure to test the alignment before glueing and rotate as necessary.
