A friend of mine is a pilot and a new plane he now fly's, a piper, is too small for the pivot case windshield mount with his ipad pro so he asked me to see if there was a kneeboard for the pivot case (https://pivotcase.com/ cases for most anything) what i found did not seem to fit all of the requirements he had so i stared playing with existing models in tinkercad until i got to what i have here. as you can see from the pictures it fits well and maintains the pivot cases ability to clip in and out.
for hardware you'll need
- 6 m3x6mm screws for the strap cover
- 4 m3x20 screws
- 4 m3 hex nuts for the pivot portion.
- velcro strap no wider than 1.5"
