And actually help stop the accellerating climate change we're undergoing.
Or are we all assuming the raise in yearly hurricanes and stopping of ocean floor upwellings is NOT ice-age-alarming?
Remember the Hollywood flick The Day After Tomorrow? That was actually a scientifically reasonable accurate movie. If the ocean current slow down, the planet goes into a new ice age.
And in Panama it has been scientifically proven to have started. No cold upwellings this year...
So yeah, lets boost some economies, enable whole communities, teach the next engineers, while cooling down the ocean and stopping an actual ice age.

Intro

A self winding watch has a unbalanced weight, that tensions a spring.
The spring slowly escapes through an escapement, powering the hands of the watch.
The same principle stores a small but sufficient buffer/reserve of wave-motion, into a mechanical spring,
The same escapement system supplies a steady, regular release of the spring, and the gear ratios define the end-speed to rotate a rotor of a generator.
Add an excess of used car tires , add snow chains to the car tyre bouys, space the bouys with metal rods between the snow chains.

-The for Profit pays a low fee to the NGO, to maintain the organization , fundraising, and logistics
-The educational institutions and companies, guide the Students to develop a sustainable business structure, design, production, marketing, and sales.
-Local , inter-school-contests, have the final say in design and execution.
-The students of different educational institutions, will work together creating an actual , for-profit business.
-The students will be guided to source locally and sub contract local solutions.
-During this process, the students are educated by schools and business at the same time.
-After graduation, they can choose to work at the business the helped raise, or directly with a sponsor company that invested in their study plan, and developped their skill.
-In a couple years, the efficiency of WaveMesh will prove itself energy wise, and by that time, we hope to have supplied enough strategic ocean locations with partial shade
