4" to Dual 2.5" Dust collector splitter with mounting bar

This is a remix from maxr525's excellent 4" to dual 2.5" dust collector splitter. I needed to be able to mount the splitter to the back of a machine so I added a mounting bar to their design. The bar extends far enough to be able to get to the mounting holes and keeps the splitter far enough away from the wall to be able to attach and detach the hose with the splitter attached to wall.
