Psylocke (Marvel Rivals) Cosplay Parts

I designed Psylocke's sword, Elbow and Shoulder pads, and the metallic rings around her Belt, Thigh, and Forearm straps, as well as "Earrings" that i simply looped through Clip On earrings i had laying around.

The i also included a stencil used for painting the black stripes onto the sides of her sword, i simply sliced the stencil into 4 pieces, printed them, then taped the pieces together, but realistically you only need the one side of the stencil.

To make the "straps" I used Purple Elastic straps, wrapped it around each part of my body, then added 1 inch to each measurement, cut the straps, then folded the ends through the "Rings" and sewed each one together. You could probably use glue but i wanted to make sure this was secure since elastic can be fickle with glue.

The Sword uses plastic pins to connect each part of the blade together, I highly recommend printing the pins SIDEWAYS and lowered slightly into the build plate, to reduce overhangs and ensure its as strong as possible, and print them with 3+ walls or maximum infill.
I printed the whole sword at 10% infill and 3 walls, it feels sturdy enough for a comic con, but I wouldn't be doing any fancy swings with it, feels slightly wobbly still.
Additionally, due to the nature of a katana blade being Curved, printing is very tricky.
If your printer is VERY GOOD then you can probably print them upright, however I have very bad luck with them falling over at the last 90%.
So I printed them on the "Spine" of the blade pieces, and used supports to fill the curved spine. This DOES add a lot of cleanup work, but it was worth it for reduced print fails.
I simply painted the whole thing silver, then painted the black part of the blade with the stencil, then mixed together some Purple and Silver acrylic paint, and hand painted the handle. It was time consuming but it worked well in my opinion.
