Hand fan of Douma in Kimetsu no Yaiba - Better Assembly Tolerance

This model is fantastic. However, it was designed with zero tolerance in the pins / hinge parts. My printer is not that good. I redesigned the pins with a little tolerance for an FDM printer.

I was also having issues getting the small pin to print upright on my printer. I cut it in half length wise so it could be printed flat in 2 parts. The way the fan goes together you don't need to glue the two halves together.

I also added a pdf in the files section explaining how I threaded the ribbon. That was something I was struggling to find clearly explained. It's not pretty, but I hope it helps. If you have any questions, feel free to comment.

I don't want to take any credit for this model. All I did was slightly adjust a few parts to make them easier to print and fit together for my situation. This model only has fan blades for one configuration. I mirrored the design inside of the slicer to reverse the image. I printed at 0,2 layer height, 10% infill, no supports, brim for the small parts only. The brim may not be necessary, but I was having some frustrating issues and that helped me get over the finish line.
