The HNZ Reloader is a combination of elements of the previously mentioned projects as well as some additional/ new parts. Please refer to the downloadable files and the information.txt for further information- However here is a quick summary:
- additional Space for the loadcell, the Radin Reloader uses a commercial scale which not anybody can obtain, the Openpowder is designed to tight, which easily damages the loadcell wires during assembly.
- a copper tube is used for the trickler, which reduced both electrostatic stick and the uneven dispense of powder that printed tubes generate
- Housingparts are designed to that they can be permanently mounted on a workbench or wooden boards for a stable stance
- 12V Powersupply socket is installed in a metal bracket which is much more sturdy then the 3D printed versions
- Precision of the dispenser can be adjusted via the "angle adapter", that tilts the entire motorunit. for a slower dispense speed but higher precision, a lower angle can be installed. I never needed that though
- The powderfunnel is a regular (0.5 Liter) waterbottle that is available basically anywhere. This streamlines the print and allows for a quick change of powders, by removing and closing the bottle.
- Removal of French language from code (Sorry Blase_FR ;)) since I could not fit it onto any arduino with three languages in the code. Now only in English and German.

Known Bugs:
- There is a sight drift of about 0.25gn/h in my system which I could not get solved yet. Could be due to the powersupply, or some error in the code. If someone is able to fix this I would be glad for any hint. For now I just zero the scale every few minutes which works fine also
- I never got the stepper to run fluently, it is always interrupted. My assumption is that the program cycle time is to slow for the stepper, but since it does not change the function, I abandoned the fix.
