I wanted to keep my solder sucker with my soldering iron base station so made a holder to attach to the side of it. There is a 4mm threaded insert near the top left hand side of the soldering iron holder which I utilised for the top fixing, the lower fixing is just self tapped in with an appropriate size screw at my preferred angle.
On the holder it’s self there is a slot cut out on the top to accommodate the release button. Which is a very snug fit, but with a little fettling with a sharp knife can be made into a nice fit. If you make the lower 2/3rds of the slot the right size for the button and the top 1/3rd just a bit smaller you will have fashioned a simple clip that just holds the sucker in place when moving the unit about.

Print in an upright position, use tree supports and your preferred brim to help secure it the the build plate.

I used PETG for this project, I got the colour match close by using Overture “space grey”
