Binder divider models, and Blender configurator for half-letter sized pages.

I had some random custom-made half-letter stationery that I've been holding on to for a few years; I decided I might as well throw those in, too.

Hardware

• Dividers are for half-letter binders (advertised for 5.5"x8.5" paper).
• The same with the stationery, which will require hole punches meant for that binder type, such as this Staples brand one.
• Letter-sized paper
• Paper guillotine, used to cut letter sized pages to half-letter size.

3D Printing

PETG or PLA, at 0.2mm layer height.
Pages mimic cardstock at 0.4mm thickness.
Print at 50% height for single sheet dividers.

Stationery Printing

For PDFs with more than 1 page, they're meant to be printed double-sided. Match the aspect ratio in the print settings (portrait vs landscape) and look at how the files should be aligned on front and back to determine which edge to flip to. Your print options and options dialog may differ from mine (demonstrated in the video).

Source File

Blender source file included. It has some tooling that's enabled by running the embedded Python script. As a general recommendation, do not run 3rd-party scripts if you do not trust their source or are unable to audit the source.

Instructions for Custom Stationery

General instructions for creating custom stationary:

1. Open a new Inkscape document and set the document size to letter size. I suggest making it landscape.
2. Create a box half the size of the page.
3. Create the contents of the half-letter document inside the box.
4. Copy and paste the contents, and make the page have a 2x1 grid of those pages.
5. For back-sides, create a new svg Inkscape document the same way but with the backside contents.
6. Save both documents as PDFs.
7. Use a program that can concatenate multiple PDFs into a single multipaged document.

Unsure, but it's possible these instructions can be simplified if Inkscape supports multi-page documents. At the time the PDFs were created, it didn't.
