Stronger Battery Mounts for Ryobi 40V Batteries

These are battery mounts for Ryobi 40 volt batteries.

They are stronger versions of the remixed model. I had stress-tested the original design and found the bottom fractured easily. I doubt it would withstand repeated use of holding one of the heavier batteries.

I've created two stronger versions to ensure durability:
Standard Strength: The bottom is twice as thick at 5 mm. This version seems strong enough for my 6 Ah battery.
Heavy Duty: All walls are 5 mm thick. If you have a heavier 12 Ah battery, you'll want to print this extra-strong model for maximum reliability.

Print them standing upright as oriented in the STLs. This will put the layer lines in the optimal orientation for maximum robustness. Otherwise the front could separate from the back. You don't want the front falling off!

I printed them with 4 walls and 25% gyroid infill in Prusament Mango Yellow PETG as in the photo:
Standard Strength - Stronger Mount (with thicker 5 mm bottom): 33 grams
Heavy Duty - Strongest Mount (with thicker 5 mm bottom and thicker 5 mm walls) : 43 grams
