A simple propeller hub designed, at the request of a colleague, to work with 10mm x 2mm popsicle sticks: ID=7.5mm, OD=20mm Slot=10mm x 2mm, angle=20 degrees. The bigger version has an OD of 30mm, for experiments. A school pencil or any compatible stick can be used as the axle. Optionally, blades can be made from cardboard or foam pad and glued to the popsicle sticks. A bit of grip glue or glue stick can be used to secure the sticks to the hub. Be safe and have fun! It can be printed at 0.2mm and 20% infill.
