Twin filament spool holder

This holder holds two spools in a 9.5L container.

• Can be used with spools up to 70mm wide.
• Can be printed on printers with a 180mm heat bed size.
• Requires eight 608 bearings.
• Assembly is by snapping together, so no screws are required.
• Print four rollers.
• PETG is the recommended material.
• Adjustments may be necessary depending on the precision of the bearings and filament. For this reason, I have also uploaded an AUTODESK Fusion data file, so please adjust as necessary.

• Container A's base and wall are curved, so it cannot be installed as is. Print two foots and attach them to the bottom of the frame with double-sided tape. Container B does not require foots.The holder and thermohygrometer are attached to the bottom of the container with gel tape.
• The handle of container B was in the way, so I removed it. (When I tried to cut it all at once with nippers, the body cracked. I recommend cutting it with a saw and then trimming it little by little with nippers.)

9.5Lの密閉ケースにスプールを2個入れるためのホルダーです。

・幅70mmまでのスプールに対応しています。
・ヒートベッドサイズ180mmのプリンタで印刷できます。
・608ベアリングが8つ必要です。
・はめ込んで組み立てる方式なので、ネジは必要ありません。
・ローラーは4個印刷してください。
・マテリアルはPETGを推奨します。
・ベアリングやフィラメントの精度により調整が必要かもしれません。そのためAUTODESK Fusionのデータファイルもアップロードしたので適宜調整してください。

・Aの容器の場合、底面と壁面の境が湾曲しているのでそのままでは設置できません。足を2つ印刷してフレームの底に両面テープで貼り付けてください。Bの容器では足は不要です。ホルダーと温湿度計はゲルテープで容器の底面に張り付けています。
・Bの容器では持ち手が邪魔だったので取り除きました。(ニッパーで一気に切ろうとしたら本体にひびが入ってしまいました。鋸でカットしてニッパーで少しづつ整えるのがお勧めです)
